These are the official Terms and Conditions of Use for Support to Sleep located at West Broadway, Bristol, BS9 4TD herein known and referenced as “Company,” “Our,” “We,” and “Us.”
1. Introduction
These Terms of Business govern the provision of our sleep coaching and somatic coaching services ("Services") to you, the client ("you," "your"). By engaging our Services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services
We offer a range of services designed to support your well-being, including:
WhatsApp Support Packages: Ongoing support via WhatsApp, where clients can reach out with questions, updates, or concerns within the agreed-upon response times. WhatsApp support packages will commence on an agreed upon date, after receipt of required Sleep Diary and Intake Forms.
E-books/Guides: Digital resources that provide information and strategies related to sleep and somatic coaching.
1:1 Support: Personalised coaching sessions available online or in-person, depending on your preference and location.
Specific details of the Services will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
3. Coaching and Support
3.1 WhatsApp Support Packages:
WhatsApp support is available during the hours of 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday
Response times will generally be within 24 hours, though this may vary depending on the nature of the enquiry.
Support is provided for the duration of the package purchased.
3.2 E-books/Guides:
E-books and guides are provided in digital format upon purchase.
These resources are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or shared without our explicit permission.
3.3 1:1 Support:
Online Sessions: Conducted via Zoom at agreed times.
In-Person Sessions: Conducted at a mutually agreed location, in Bristol.
Sessions typically last 60 minutes.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Fees: Fees for the Services will be communicated to you prior to booking. Full payment is required before the commencement of the Services unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Payment Methods: We accept payment via [payment methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer].
4.3 Refunds:
WhatsApp Support Packages: Once the package has started, refunds are not available.
E-books/Guides: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the e-book/guide has been delivered.
1:1 Support: Refunds for individual sessions are subject to our cancellation policy (see Section 5).
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 WhatsApp Support Packages:
Cancellations are not available once support has commenced. You may choose not to renew the package at the end of the current period.
5.2 E-books/Guides:
Once an e-book or guide has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
5.3 1:1 Support:
Individual Sessions: You may cancel or reschedule a session by providing at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made with 12 hours or less notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
In-Person Sessions: Due to the nature of booking physical spaces, in-person sessions require at least 72 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the full session fee being charged.
Cancellations by Us: If we need to cancel a session, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
6. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Any personal information shared during coaching sessions, via WhatsApp, or through any other means will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
7.1 Nature of Services: Our Services, including coaching and digital products, are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We recommend that you consult a healthcare professional for any health concerns.
7.2 Results: While we strive to provide the best possible coaching experience and resources, results may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
7.3 Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to WhatsApp support, e-books, or coaching sessions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by us, including e-books, guides, and any material shared during coaching sessions, remains our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute this content without our express written permission.
9. Termination
You or we may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be settled within [timeframe, e.g., 7 days].
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Business are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
